1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SolarVishwa website (solarvishwa.in), including browsing vendor listings, requesting a quote, or registering as a vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. About SolarVishwa

SolarVishwa is an online marketplace that helps users discover, compare, and connect with independent rooftop solar installation vendors (“Vendors”) across various cities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use SolarVishwa. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Using the Platform

When using SolarVishwa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or creating a listing;
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of discovering and comparing solar vendors;
• Not misrepresent your identity or your property/installation requirements to any Vendor;
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the platform.

5. Vendor Listings & Quote Requests

Vendors listed on SolarVishwa are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or franchisees of SolarVishwa. While we review vendor business details such as registration and GST information before listing, this review does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any Vendor’s work quality, pricing, licensing, or business practices.

When you submit a quote request, your information is shared only with the specific Vendor(s) you choose to contact. Any resulting conversation, quotation, contract, or transaction is strictly between you and that Vendor. SolarVishwa is not a party to that agreement.

6. No Warranty on Third-Party Services

SolarVishwa makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any installation, product, or service provided by a Vendor. Any disputes regarding workmanship, delays, pricing, warranties, or after-sales service must be resolved directly with the Vendor concerned.

The platform, its content, and all vendor information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or spam quote requests;
• Scrape, copy, or harvest vendor data or platform content for unauthorized commercial use;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems;
• Harass, abuse, or misrepresent yourself to Vendors or other users of the platform;
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found violating these conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SolarVishwa, including the SolarVishwa name, logo, design, text, and graphics (excluding vendor-submitted content), is the property of SolarVishwa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, including vendor websites and government subsidy portals. SolarVishwa does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.

10. Privacy

Your use of SolarVishwa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data shared with Vendors when you request a quote. Please review it at solarvishwa.in/privacy-policy/.

11. Fees

Browsing vendor listings and requesting quotes is free for homeowners and businesses, with no obligation to proceed with any Vendor. Any fees applicable to Vendors for listing or lead generation on the platform are governed by a separate vendor agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarVishwa and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your interactions with any Vendor, or any installation, product, or service obtained through a Vendor connection made via SolarVishwa.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolarVishwa, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any Vendor.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Vendors, or SolarVishwa.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert your registered business city], Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to These Terms
